Happiness Surrounds Episode 3, positioning tips

Welcome back for Episode 3 where I used the set for some all over stamping. I love the effect you can create with these gorgeous images and some simple stamping. I have used the fabulous foil edged notecards and envelopes again, Simple and quick with a big wow factor. Using the stamparatus for these images makes repeated stamping like this easy.  Stamp all 3 colours with your card held in one position. then move the cardstock to your next position and anchor it with the magnets and restamp all 3 colours Repeat until happy if you mark the underlying gridpaper with the position each time you stamp the images, you can repeat this pattern and stamp multiple cards  to line up the images stamp the large outer circle first position the radial leaf image with the tip of each leaf matching the base of the little fountain spray image - see photo below position the small solid flower image with the join between each petal exactly matching the base of the leaf stalk...

Happiness Surrounds Episode 2, Just Add INK#432

Episode 2 of using this set simply focuses on the framelits and a Christmas card for a friend who send them home to the UK every year, so Snowflakes are quite appropriate for her. I'm doing "5 Episodes of Happiness" using these sets since I have lots of ideas to share. Techniques : The background uses Glossy paper and a spritz of alcohol mixed with few drops of Call Me Clover ink and a few drops of Copper Shimmer Paint. The alcohol mix can be swirled all over the paper and gives a gorgeous marbled effect. It needs to be quite dry before you work with it. To create the copper edge on the piece of Clover Cardstock I simply swiped the edge in the versamark pad and dipped it in embossing powder.  cut the snowflakes using the Precision Base Plate with your stamparatus and the big shot die brush is really essential using these intricate dies.
