Lillybet's Papers

 The last of my samples using the Twisted Easel fold ( well for now anyway!) This one uses some of the other bright and beautiful paper from Sale A Bration. After I stamped and fussy cut the typewriter, I covered the whole piece with Versamark and Clear Embossing Powder. Heat embossing it made the whole piece glossy which looks really fun in real life. I decorated the card with some of the tiny daisies from the Loose Daisy Embellishments - fiddly but cute.  I hope you give this card fold a try. The instructions can be found here. I'm a big fan of puns - I come from a family that uses them all the time , so naturally I had to have this set to send to some of them. I was also inspired by Jennifer Frost at the #Crafty Carrot Collective for their August month of masculine cards. Jen's sneak peak used this layout and the watercolour wash behind layered strips and sentiment. I have used some of the DSP and a few elements from the He's All That DSP. This Paper pack has  2 sheets of elements which you simply press out from the card to stick on your projects. The arrow, banner and stars are from these specialty sheets, so easy to use. I stamped the cardigan in Garden Green and then gave it a light wash with water and my aquapainter but then once it was dry I re-stamped the cardigan in green again to give it more definition. The buttons are just coloured in with the Espresso marker. while I had the set out I played with a few of the other images. The Typewriter is just so cute, and easy to use.  I have paired...
