Welcome back for another round of CASEing the Catty. This week's inspiration section is the first "Chapter", the Tea Room section. So many lovely items. I haven't purchased the tea room sets but I do love the look of those little tins! - and the paper - and the ribbon - and a few other things!! I was drawn ( naturally) to the watercolour card on page 23 but wanted to use something other than flowers so I reached for my new favourite set "Rooted in Nature". I love the colours in the catalogue sample but wanted to try some new colours so this is Lovely Lipstick and Mango Melody with Bermuda Bay I love the little accent that the vanilla strips give from the delightfully detailed laser paper. I have found the easiest way to adhere them is to apply tombow lightly with a wet sponge dauber. For me this leaves the least glue residue visible after the project dries.
