The new Annual Catalogue begins May 4th and while there are many beautiful sets retiring I am really happy that these amazing Sunflower dies are continuing. I had this sunflower left over from another project and it seemed perfect to use for the following card sketch. No stamping for this flower, any multicoloured paper behind the detialed diecut will work, even paper you've painted yourself. The strip of foil was also lying on my desk and it wasn't quite long enough, so a simple snip to divide it in 2 and extend it out to the edges and no-one will ever know. There are some of my favourite embossing folders retiring too but not this great texture design.
A card sketch is a great way to get going if you don't have a starting point. This one is very easy to use.
I hope you have a creative week and remember,
"don't just post online,
post something pretty!"
cheers, Liz
