There are lots of amazing samples around the social sites using this amazing bundle. I was quite inspired by the stamper at 'Lollipop paper and ink" and like her, once I got started I ended up creating quite a stash. That won't be a problem though because I think this year it will be especially important to reach out to friends and family with a little paper hug at Christmas.
After cutting with the large open die in the Embossing Folder, there is a more detailed die which will cut out the individual outline of the leaves framing the sentiment. Here you can see the some Evening Evergreen card poking through to highlight this.
If you check back to this recent post you can see the link to watch Sara explaining the magic of this folder and dies.
I then used the blending brushes to add a hint of colour to the embossed leaves on the main panel, and the embossed timeworn type on the base layer. It's amazing the different effects you can get using different colours in the layers with the same basic layout.
I have a few more samples to share soon
I hope you have a creative week and remember,
"don't just post online,
post something pretty!"
cheers, Liz
