#onstage 2022 Fancy Flora Suite Display Stamping, Sydney, # 6 Christmas Tags ideas

I'm so honoured to have been asked to present the premier suite "Fancy Flora" from the new Mini Catalogue - what a treat. ( Available January 5 - May 12023 )

This is one of a series of posts showing some of the projects I created using this suite.

The Something Fancy dies are label dies which can be easily layered to create interesting tags.

I used the Framed and Festive Christmas sentiments and two tones of cardstock to create these layered tags. Super Easy and quite effective. The straight ribbon slots are simply created using the Label me Fancy Punch.



And when you diecut your sample pieces you are left with a template that is super useful. Lay it over any sentiment to check which is the correct size for your layout.
Thanks to my friend and fellow demo Sharon Dalton who inspired me to go to this level of effort- totally worth it! I have always done it for my punches, but this is next level craft room organisation for me!

New In colour 2025-2027 cards and the FABULOUS Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape.

Don't you love it when a single product creates enough elements to decorate a bunch of cards at one time? The Extraordinary Flora Washi tape is one of those products. I created these for my upcoming Catalogue Launch. I put the Washi onto Basic Beige to cut these flowers and love how it coordinates with the Basic Beige card base. To create these cards I trimmed 2.5cm from the front edge and adhered a 3.5cm strip of DSP to the inside of the card to give an added layer. These were easy to put together. Colour INKspiration#178 Happy Hibiscus

Happy Hibiscus is a new set in my collection and I needed to get it out and play with it, so this colour combination seemed like a good place to start.  Isn't the Inspiration picture amazing? I wish I was a better gardener and could grow these gorgeous treasures. But since that is not my skill I am happy to admire nature. I used the watercolour 100 paper and created two pieces of colour, one a range of dark and light Calypso Coral, and one a mix of Soft Sea Foam and Old Olive.  Once dry I was able to cut out the leaves and tiny flowers. I stamped the 3 large flowers over the watercolour and cut them out using the Hybrid Embossing Folder - It's so easy and super effective as it embosses and cuts in one pass creating some amazing depth for the blossoms. I love the leaf shapes and definition in these dies, just gorgeous. Lots of white seemed like a good way to let the colours shine, so a simple embosse...
