I love a quick and easy card, and using this gorgeous DSP as a background with some simple embellishments or a sentiment is one of the easiest ways to get the real "WOW" from the paper onto your card.
I used the Decorative Trees dies to cut a tree from some Bright Pink Foil in my stash, and popped it up on a simple plain label. I also had some pink flowers in the useful box so they went on too - just enough to lift it. I didn't think it needed too much more, and a sentiment seemed unnecessary or distracting. The paper really is marvellous.
This is the same principal, just slightly different tones - I was able to whip up 6 cards quite quickly.

The other option for using beautiful paper is lots of repeated circles, and these ones were easy but somehow took a lot longer to get the position of the circles looking balanced.
Let me know if I can help you at all with your Christmas creating!
I hope you have a creative week and remember,
"don't just post online,
post something pretty!"
cheers, Liz
