When the "Useful Box" proves very useful. Celebrating the little things

Every now and then I have an urge to clean up some of those bits and pieces that are lying around after previous projects. (so I can make room for new things with a clear conscience!!)
Also I end up with lots of half finished projects because things don't work the first time,  or I cut more than I need,  or leftovers from classes, or retired pieces that I still love etc......
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But I had a pyjama day yesterday and everything seemed to flow quite well  and I was able to create quite a stash of simple notecards.
I think I can enter this for the Inspire.Create.challenge theme of Celebration.

I was certainly celebrating
  1. that it was a very good day
  2. that I was productive
  3. that I cleared a lot of bits and pieces off my desk and
  4. that I ended up with 19 notecards to send to friends. ( I could really celebrate because I did actually write, address AND post them
Here's a little preview of some of the other things that came together quite easily.

I'll share a few more another day. make sure you are subscribed to receive my emails - see the rainbow box on the right side of the page!
If you are like me and can't throw anything out, don't be afraid to mix and match and put random things together. Just tie them together with a colour scheme and see where it takes you.

I hope you have a creative week and remember,

"don't just post online,
 post something pretty!"

cheers, Liz
