Butterfly thinlits so Beautiful to use

The first of my card classes for this year will be next weekend, and after wondering where to start I think a butterfly theme is calling me.  So this is a sample of the type of thing we will be making.
19/02 Edit to post.
Well I'm so amazed but this card has been on the Leaderboard on Stampin Connection and was the top sample for a while. I am touched. And after requests for details I am adding those here.
The card base is Soft Sky, as is the ring which I cut using 2 different sizes of the Circles Thinlits. The layers of Cardstock are Sahara Sand and Naturals White. I stamped images on the Naturals White
Cardstock first using Soft Sky and Sahara Sand from the Kinda Eclectic set, and also with the Dictionary background stamp. I then ran this piece through the big shot using the Lovely Lace
Embossing folder ( which I love).
Using the butterflies thinlits I cut the lacy butterfly from Sahara Sand and sponged the edges of this using soft sky, (and I think also a touch of Island Indigo), and the smaller butterfly is cut from Gold foil. The birthday sentiment is from Petite Pairs and the tag is embellished with Sahara sand Lace and Soft Sky Seam binding tied with Silver Bakers Twine.
Hope that answers your questions! thanks for your support, Liz

For this card I also used the Circles Thinlits to cut the outer ring, and the inner circle is simple the reverse of the DSP. For this card I used Tangerine Tango DSP and Coredinations Cardstock. I started with a 4x4 inch square of each. After I had cut the Butterfly I ran the remainder  of the cardstock through the Hexagon embossing folder and then cut a few hexagons out of this to use as embellishments. I also punched a decorative label and positioned one edge underneath the central panel to add balance. The corner is stamped using Painted Petals and then Petite Petals flowers and smaller ones form the itty bitty accents punch flowers added in a little cluster

Envelope Dies perfect for an Acetate Tent card and some new DSP

After creating yesterday's cards I was on a roll and created this one using the beautiful Gilded Autumn DSP and the Fancy Phrases stamp set.  I really love the sentiments in this set.  It is such a simple design and easy to create. You can find all the directions on yesterday's post for Just Add Ink (JAI#518)  I watercoloured the white leaf after I had adhered the gold veins just to soften it, and I added a strip of mint DSP to the front of one of the tent stands as the white was a bit stark. That's the cool thing about this design, you can change it up plenty of ways. I'm sure we can all send these type of cards at the moment. I hope you are safe and well, and staying connected, wherever you are.
