CTC#37 Baby

Having completely deleted by original post by accident this may be short!! Welcome to the bloghop for this week. There are so many great design ideas in the baby section and it's great to see what all the other designers have come up with.  You will have come from Monique's beautiful card using the same stamps. And it just needed a little something to fill in a few gaps, so I twirled a thin strip of cardstock to look like a trailing ribbon, and stamped the butterflies from Kindness Matters in Primrose Petals, then sponged them with Pink Pirouette and punched it out with the Small Butterfly Punch nad nestled it down near the bow. My...
