Bottled Happiness , what a fun set for a Shaker Card

The sweet Bottled Happiness is a two step stamp. I find it easiest to stamp the flowers first and then stamp the leaf image. We made this card in last week's card class.   We used this great stampset and the Vintage Bottle Punch and the gorgeous new Irridescent Shaker Circles with Lost Lagoon and Starry Sky on an Orchid Oasis and Gray Granite background. Quick and easy- and packs a wow factor- my kind of card. The Vintage Bottle Shaker Domes are really easy to use with their prefixed adhesive. I made this sample last year but don't think I ever got around to sharing it. For this one I used markers to add different colours to different flowers. A bit more time involved but just as fun. For more crafting ideas keep an eye on this blog and my Facdebook page. I love to share different ways to use these beautiful products I hope you have a creative week and remember,  "don't just post online,  post something pretty!" cheers, Liz Product List Bottled Hap...

#onstage 2022, Fancy Flora Suite Display Stamping, Sydney # 5 Different effects using different papers and a shaker card

Using the detailed dies creates such different looks depending on which paper you cut it from. Wedding cards are always in high demand and this is so effective cutting the card front with the large detailed die from the Pearlescent Specialty Paper. I have gold embossed a few flowers onto Shimmer card, and heat embossed a few leaves in white onto some vellum. The design of the die allows for layering some of the floral elements from the set onto the detailed background. It's a lovely easy effect. The second example uses the detailed die again and cutting it from another of the DSP pages but it is then directly adhered onto a window sheet. The frame is created using the Fabulous Frames dies and cutting directly from the Fine Shimmer 12 x 12 Paper Pack ( I just love this product) . Layer it all up with some adhesive foam strips and your shaker is a wow card. The gorgeous Fancy Flora DSP is so colourful and versatile. For the next 3 cards I simply left the DSP as the star of the show...
