Gosh it seems like ages since I blogged any creations- which doesn't mean I haven't been making cards- just that I have tried to stay away from the computer for a while. However it is always nice to share creations with others so I'm really looking forward to seeing what the team have been inspired to make using the photo as inspiration. Bumble Bee, Mossy Meadow, Black and White are our colours this week, all of them strong in their own right, so I wanted something with enough space to let them all not overpower each other. I have recently opened my new Monogram Messages Stamp set and I love it, so I was happy to create a card inspired by the texture of the quilt and the angular shapes in the graphic. I used the Tag Tailor punch which is one of those tools that has been far more useful than I had imagined when I bought it. I was also drawn to the big green leaves but didn't follow that path this time. It's very simple stamping and I just dressed it up with some win...
