I love a square card and these are a few I've been busy making for the markets. I am a blue and white lover! - and blue and white always seems to be popular at my stall  So while many of these products are retired they still make up nicely. My preferred size is a DSP square cut to 71/2" which makes an envelope to fit a card 41/2 by 9. Decorator squares are then easily cut to 31/2" or 4" and then layered down in size. I do miss this Grateful Bunch set.... but there are loads of other sets which work just as well. Thanks for looking and remember- "don't just post online,  post something pretty!"  Liz

Mother's Day is coming and that always means "Pretty Cards"- which is great for me because I'ma floral girl through and through - " A girl can never have too many flowers!" I have been working hard to create a stash for the Handmade Expo Markets which are on this weekend here in Rockhampton. This is one of my favourite designs to make and I have quite a few done. But EVERY one of my cards is UNIQUE - I rarely make two exactly the same. I'm having fun creating with a lovely mix of old and new.  You have to hand it to Stampin' Up!  This time more than ever I think they have produced a whole range of new products that work seamlessly with a lot of existing products. All crafters love new things but most have trouble parting with old favourites so it is really nice to be able to combine things. Hello and Welcome to the second Colour INKspiration blog. What an exciting concept we are enjoying by using the Facebook page for your entries into the challenge. So much sharing of ideas and creativity. It's so energising! And just how gorgeous and On Trend is this inspiration pic! .  I have created a little "Gratitude Station" in a frame for my daughter as a house warming gift. It's a simple frame with a simple message. I read about a friend who spent last year writing little notes to describe a moment of happiness, storing the notes in a jar, and reading them all in the New Year to start her year with happy memories. It sounded like such a great concept.   This little station invites you to write a little note describing something you are grateful for and storing those moments of gratitude so you can read them later when you need some help with perspective and mindfulness. Well with the launch of the new Catalogue the dilemma always presents itself- where do I start? There are so many amazing products and suites to play with, I want to play with them all, NOW, Today!!  So I have had to just pick a point and start there. So....I am totally in love with the Everyday Hero Set and that seemed like a good place to begin. ...... I have created 3 cards using the Everyday Hero set and I can't decide which is my favourite. I decided to use the Urban Underground Specialty DSP - the black, grey and vanilla pages are a very versatile backdrop, and easy to use with a variety of stamp sets and situations. The smaller of the two balloons from the Balloon Bouquet Punch was the better size to fit with my sugarplum superhero.
