Lillybet's Papers

I needed to make a Graduation card for one of my team members. She is an oncology nurse who has just completed a whole lot of study as a Breast Care Nurse so it had to include PINK. So the colour challenge at Inspire.Create challenges#025 seemed perfect - although Lemon Lime twist is always a challenge for me so it was good to push me out of my comfort zone. To use it I watercoloured a panel using both Lime and Bermuda Bay as my starting point. Freshly Made Sketches#352 gave me the layout, and Just Add Ink#424 gave me an added dimension. I do love the pile of books in the Hand Delivered Set and it was fun to colour with my blender pen. I'm so in awe of full time workers who study, all her hard work has paid off. I know she hasn't had too much time for crafting while on this course so hopefully now she will have a little more time to herself..... and her patients will all benefit from her dedication and hard work too. Congratulations are certainly in order. ...
