Oh My Goodness what a stunning photo for our inspiration this week. And it was a sad reminder to me that I haven't used Berry Burst as much as I should have. I will be sad to see it go, but then I'm sure I will fall in love with all the new colours instead. In the meantime I've got stained fingers from playing with the ink for this card. I was inspired by a card I saw on pinterest. The technique involves placing drops of ink in the chosen on a piece of gladwrap. I used Berry Burst, Melon Mambo, Blackberry Bliss and the Wow factor with Copper Shimmer Paint. spritz the watercolour paper on both sides use the gladwrap to smoosh the ink around the wet watercolour paper for some amazing effects. I had enough ink leftover on the gladwrap to colour a few panels and now I have a big stash of coloured bases. Each piece got a little less intense and it was lots of fun.
