Lillybet's Papers

Well this is the first Valentine's Day Card I have ever made. It hasn't been a type of card i have ever given, but this year I have been inspired by the Vintage Verses Stamp  Set from Sale a Briton, and also by the gorgeous Print Poetry Designer Series Paper Stack (129312) . I have taken one of the Midnight Muse pages and cut around the beautiful journalling section. I have mounted this on Midnight Muse cardstock and trimmed it with a small border to compliment the design. I love how intricate and delicate it is. Then I stamped the "day as perfect as you are" using the stamp n' write markers to colour selected sections of the rubber only. The Happy Valentine's Day sentiment comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments set (119185) and is stamped in Old Olive. The background paper is also Old Olive form the Polka Dot Parade DSP (126902) which has been sponged around the edges to soften the white polka dots a little.
