Foliage Frame Framelits- such a great way to use the new Embossing Mats.

Hello and welcome back, today I have a few projects made using the other brilliant embossing framelit from this set. You can see the earlier posts if you search under the labels Foliage Framelits, or Floral Frames- or just go back one day! For the first one I coloured the leaves with an aquapainter. -ok but not great. For the second I added no colour and just layered it up on some gold foil offcuts sitting on my desk. Inside reads Wishing you a lifetime of love from the Better Together set. And the third show how the stamped image is so much larger than the framelit. I sponged the leaves with Mint Macaron for this one. I like this effect much better. I'm also loving the new Subtle embossing folder! After my last Facebook post with the my window card using this set I was directed to another Demonstrator who used this set and I was able to see the Stampin' Up! video which details how to use the new Embossing Mats. CI#35 New Neutrals! - use any 3

Welcome welcome. We are back again with colour INKspiration #35 Stampin' Up! ® has just had a major colour revamp, so to start off the new catalogue year at Colour INKspiration we've decided to feature a Colour Collection for the first challenge each month (2nd Wednesday) until we have showcased them all! The second challenge in the month (4th Wednesday) will be a Pinterest inspired pic as per usual just to mix it up a bit.  This month we are starting off with the NEUTRALS COLLECTION and you can choose any 3 colours from that range for your challenge project. We are also changing the rules about what else you can add to the mix; essentially just the Basics - Whisper White, Very Vanilla and Basic Black as well as metallics. In their study of colour use SU noted that many crafters use Navy, Burgundy and a Deep Green in the same way that they use Neutrals so they included them in the family.
