Hello.
I have been having fun with the Waterfront Stampset and trying to create a few picture cards inspired by our recent New Zealand cycling holiday..... well late February is still recent for me. These cards have been in progress for a while ....
We went to the South Island of New Zealand and cycled the Alps to Ocean trail over 5 days. It was absolutely wonderful and the scenery was glorious. Cyclone Gita caused an unseasonal snow fall on the mountains around Lake Tekapo and the colours were picture postcard everywhere we looked. Truly a holiday to remember.
It's not easy to capture the real colours but I had fun playing.
I am glad this set is carrying over to the new annual catalogue. It is lots of fun to 'paint' with.
I hope you have a creative week and remember,

Mt Cook and Lake Tekapo |
This was 10 of us out of the 14 on the trip. We had jerseys made for Greg's birthday. They were quite a talking point.
lunch stop at Lake Omaru |
We were riding on trails for almost all of thee trip which was so much less stressful than riding on roads.
I am glad this set is carrying over to the new annual catalogue. It is lots of fun to 'paint' with.
I hope you have a creative week and remember,
"don't just post online,
post something pretty!"
cheers, Liz
