Rainbow of Happiness Wallet of Cards - thanks to the Crafty Carrot inspiration

It has been a luxury to have some creative time this week, and I have been catching up on some tutorials which I listened to but wasn't able to complete until now.

And it's all things RAINBOWS! I've made 3 sets of 4 cards and bundled them up ready for gift giving.

I chose a bright and happy colour combination and just went from there. Cutting one colour of each of the rainbows gave me 2 sets of cards. I also created a simple wallet to hold them all.- many thanks to Susan Wong for all her inspiration and measurements.

Here's the wallet open and the 4 cards. They are all blank on the inside and I included a mix of sentiments.

This is the wallet closed and filled with the 4 regular cards and envelopes.

This is my colour combination for this project.

Decorating the front was just as much fun as decorating each card.

I don't think I have the envelopes in the wallet for this photo

I had such fun doing these- the combinations are limitless. Be sure and add these brilliant dies to your collection.

I hope you have a creative week and remember,
"don't just post online,
 post something pretty!"
cheers, Liz

Envelope Dies perfect for an Acetate Tent card and some new DSP

After creating yesterday's cards I was on a roll and created this one using the beautiful Gilded Autumn DSP and the Fancy Phrases stamp set.  I really love the sentiments in this set.  It is such a simple design and easy to create. You can find all the directions on yesterday's post for Just Add Ink (JAI#518)  I watercoloured the white leaf after I had adhered the gold veins just to soften it, and I added a strip of mint DSP to the front of one of the tent stands as the white was a bit stark. That's the cool thing about this design, you can change it up plenty of ways. I'm sure we can all send these type of cards at the moment. I hope you are safe and well, and staying connected, wherever you are.
