Back again with the 5th in this series of 5 projects made using the Happiness Surrounds set.
This is very simple all over stamping using the larger striped flower and just stamping it once, then twisting 45 degrees and restamping without inking
The smaller flower is then stamped over the centre of each.
The tag top punch and a little bit of ribbon and you have an instant set of tags.
